Anthony Sang Njie spent more than five decades in service, helping strengthen institutions, mentor leaders, and support international development programs across Africa. From his early years with Peace Corps/The Gambia to his role as Roving Director of Management and Operations for the Africa Region, Njie’s work focused on strengthening governance, operational systems, and leadership capacity in diverse and challenging environments.
